d) Granary: A Truly Village Resort at Kerala Back Water – On Lease.

e) Pegasus Hotel:50 bed hotels and Serviced apartments.

f) Sea Bird: A 24 Cottages Resort situated at Gokarna. Completed the project and Managed.

g) Silic Rest: A 32 Room property with Conference and Restaurant and bar facilities at Koramangala. Completed the Project and managed.

h) Grand Bee: A 48 Room property with a Restaurant, a Pub and a Banquet hall. Project at the Compelity Changed.

i) Grand Pavilion : A 37 room boutique hotel with a pub and a multi cuisine restaurant, well located at K.H.Road.
